Skilled anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) provide comprehensive medical evaluation and clinical management of patients who need anesthesia or sedation for surgery, obstetrics, and some diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Anesthesia provides relief of pain and is an important part of your operation or procedure.
Physicians
Valerie D. Collins, M.D.,
received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, New York. Dr. Collins completed an internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, and a residency in anesthesiology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She also completed a fellowship in obstetric anesthesiology at Washington University in St. Louis, located in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Collins is board certified in anesthesiology.
Thomas M. Grogan, M.D.,
received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He completed an internal medicine internship at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and an anesthesiology residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York. He is board certified in Anesthesiology.
Rami M. Hanna, M.D.,
received his Medical Degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He completed an internship at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and an anesthesiology residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He is board certified in anesthesiology.
Brad R. Lewis, M.D.,
received his Medical Degree at the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. He completed a transitional internship and anesthesiology residency at Case Western Reserve University and the University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio. He is board certified in anesthesiology.
Henry Y. Lu, M.D.,
received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus. He completed a residency in anesthesiology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He is board certified in anesthesiology.
Andrew M. Reaven, M.D.,
earned his medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed an anesthesiology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland and a regional anesthesiology fellowship and acute pain medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is board certified in anesthesiology.
Leah C. Thornton, M.D.,
earned her Medical Degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed an anesthesiology internship and residency at the University of Cincinnati. She is board certified in anesthesiology.
Courtney M. Adams, APRN-CRNA,
received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio.
Dustin E. Alspach, APRN-CRNA,
received his Masters of Science in Nursing degree at St. Elizabeth Health Center School for Nurse Anesthetists at Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
