Dining with Diabetes is a four-class cooking school program for individuals with diabetes and their families that offers healthy alternatives in food preparation.  The program will include healthy meal demonstrations, discussions about carbohydrates, fats, sodium, vitamins, minerals, and fiber, and a three-course meal served at each session.

Dining with Diabetes is presented by Licking Memorial Health Systems in partnership with The Ohio State University Extension and the Licking County Senior Levy.  Advanced registration is required – please call (740) 670-5315 to register. The cost, which is due at registration, is $10 for senior citizens (age 60 and over) and $20 for all other participants. Space is limited – please register by Thursday, September 28.
