Be Wise Immunize Clinic, October 23
Infants and youth (up to age 18) are invited to receive free flu immunizations at this special event.
- Pre-packaged refreshments will be provided
- Social distancing and masks are required
- Temperatures will be taken for all individuals prior to entering either building
Patients should be accompanied by one parent/guardian for their appointment.
