Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) will host a Walk with a Doc event on Saturday, May 7, at 9:00 a.m.  Participants will enjoy a causal 40-minute walk at The Dawes Arboretum in Newark.  David W. Koontz, D.O., of Licking Memorial Internal Medicine, will lead a discussion and answers questions about the importance of knowing the numbers when living with a chronic disease.  Healthy snacks and blood pressure screenings will be provided.
