Licking Memorial Health Systems will host a Walk with a Doc event on Saturday, September 29, at 9:00 a.m. Participants will enjoy a walk at Blackhand Gorge State Nature Preserve as Lori Elwood, M.D., of Licking Memorial Pathology, discusses genetic cancer risk assessment.  Healthy snacks and blood pressure screenings will be provided. 

Blackhand Gorge is located six miles east of Newark off State Route 146 on Toboso Road.  This event is free; however, registration is required.  To register for the walk, please call LMHS Public Relations at (220) 564-1560.
