Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is proud to announce that John M. Mitchell, M.D., has joined Licking Memorial Surgical Services.  Dr. Mitchell earned his Medical Degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio.  He completed a general surgery residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He is board certified in general surgery.
