Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) will host a Walk with a Doc event on Saturday, February 11, at 9:00 a.m.  Participants will enjoy a causal 40-minute walk at the Licking County Family YMCA in Newark.  Matthew P. Arrowsmith, M.D., of Licking Memorial Behavioral Health Services & Addiction Medicine, will lead a discussion and answer general questions about post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
