Healthier for Life, September 26
Licking Memorial Health Systems invites you to consider how you can be “Healthier for Life.” During this four-week program, our staff will teach how to incorporate lasting changes that can help improve your overall health and wellbeing.
This class will focus on behavior change and motivation, healthy eating habits, and exercise. Specific topics covered include meal planning, disease prevention and management, developing an exercise plan, forming new habits, and setting goals. Participants who complete this program will gain the necessary tools and information needed to be able to make small changes that can lead to lasting change for better health.
Healthier for Life is a four-class program led by Dietitian Jen Hartman, R.D.N.; Patient Educator Meghan Rine, R.N., B.S.N.; and Physical Therapist Assistant Erika Wills, P.T.A. Participants should plan to attend all four sessions. The program is free; however, space is limited and registration is required. A meal will be provided at each session. To register, please call (220) 564-1560.
