Join Licking Memorial Health Systems, Denison University, and the Licking County Family YMCA for the Health & Fitness Fest, from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 9 at the Licking County Family YMCA Mitchell Center.

Youth will visit various activity stations located throughout the YMCA including Bubble Soccer, Zumba, yoga, gymnastics, half-mile run, free throw shooting, an obstacle course, bounce house, speed pitch, face painting, and balloons.  Participants who complete a total of eight activities and health screenings at the event will be entered into a drawing for great fitness prizes.  The Health & Fitness Fest is free and open to all youth in the community. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.  Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided.
