The 2025 “For Your Health” 5K Run/Walk & 1-mile Fun Walk will take place at The Dawes Arboretum on Saturday, July 19.  Participants may choose to run or walk the 5K course, or enjoy the 1-mile Fun Walk.  The 5K begins at 8:00 a.m., and the walk starts thereafter.

Registration for runners and walkers with timing chips is $15, if received by July 11 at 5:00 p.m., and $20 thereafter.  There is no fee for the 1-mile Fun Walk or for participants who are not timed; however, registration is required.  Registrations received by July 11 are eligible for packet pick-up on Friday, July 18, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., in the Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) First Floor Conference Room.  All others may pick up packets at the event.  Participants also may register on the morning of the race, between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m.
