Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is pleased to offer a free chair yoga session to individuals with cancer and their caregivers. The class will meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m., beginning Tuesday, June 28, in the LMH Auditorium on the Ground Floor.

This class is open to all patients with cancer and caregivers, regardless of where they are receiving treatment. Registration is required. To register, please call (220) 564-1890.

Participants also are invited to join the LMHS Cancer Support Group, which will meet immediately following the exercise program at 5:00 p.m., in the lobby of the Hematology/Oncology Department on the LMH Fifth Floor.
