Licking Memorial Health Systems is pleased to present Camp Courage, a one-day event for youth, ages 7 to 12 years old, who have had an encounter with cancer through a friend or family member.  The event schedule will include activities, crafts and presentations designed to reduce stress and anxiety related to the uncertainties of the disease.  Camp activities will be led by members of the LMH staff. 
 
Camp Courage will take place on Friday, July 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at Infirmary Mound Park, located on State Route 37, west of Newark.  Participation in Camp Courage is free of charge; however, space is limited, and registration is required by Friday, July 23.  To register, please call Licking Memorial Hematology/Oncology at (220) 564-1890.
