Hospice Clinical Nurse Specialist Joins LMH Medical Staff
Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) is pleased to announce the addition of Sarah I. Hook, C.N.S., to the Allied Health Practitioner Section of the Medical Staff. Sarah is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Hospice and Palliative Care of Central Ohio. She provides patient care with Lisa A. Maurer, D.O., and Carl D. Waggoner, M.D.
Sarah received her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Capital University in Columbus. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. Sarah is board certified in adult and geriatric care.
