Licking Memorial Health Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher M. Forbush, D.O., to Licking Memorial Family Practice – Doctors Park 5.  The office is located at 1272 West Main Street, Suite 503, in Newark.

Dr. Forbush received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia.  He completed a family medicine internship and residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Dr. Forbush is board certified in family medicine.  Appointments can be made by calling (220) 564-1778.
