Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) is pleased to announce that Family Practice Physician Mae T. Gallagher, M.D., has joined the LMH Medical Staff.  Dr. Gallagher received her Medical Degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences in Toledo.  She completed a family medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.  She is board certified in family medicine.  She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.  

Dr. Gallagher is accepting new patients at Cherry Westgate Family Practice, located at 2000 Newark Granville Road, Suite 100, in Granville.  Appointments can be made by calling
