Licking Memorial Heart Center is pleased to announce the addition of Certified Nurse Practitioner Leslie N. Solomon, APRN-CNP.  She will provide care for patients with cardiovascular disease along with Hassan Rajjoub, M.D., and Fikadu G. Tekleyes, M.D. 

Leslie began her career at Licking Memorial Health Systems in July 2007 as a Radiographer.  In 2013, she earned her Associate Degree of Nursing from Ohio University in Zanesville, and received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Ohio University in Athens.  She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

The Heart Center provides a wide range of hospital and office-based services, including percutaneous intervention (PCI) procedures, and is located on the first floor of Licking Memorial Hospital.  The Center is open Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  For an appointment call (220) 564-7750.
