Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) Home Care Services exists to provide quality, safe and cost-effective delivery of home health services to individuals in need of those services. Our goal is to enable individuals in Licking County to remain or return home while receiving the highest level of skilled professional care.
Our Services
LMH Home Care has been providing comprehensive home care services to the community since 1991. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. LMH Home Care Services is Medicare/Medicaid certified and accredited by The Joint Commission. Home Care is actively involved in creating a culture that shows respect for people through employee involvement, empowerment, ongoing education, training and people working together as a high-performance team.
We provide direct billing services to Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance or other payer sources, eliminating paperwork hassles and saving you time.

After receiving the appropriate referral information from your physician, a member of the Home Care team will arrange a time to visit you. Focusing on your special needs, we’ll explore options available to you while developing a home care plan centered on your unique set of circumstances. We will answer your questions concerning our services and consult with your physician for additional information that can help with decision-making.
